Our beautiful oceanfront vacation condo in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina features two bedrooms and two baths, accommodating up to eight guests in over 1100 sq. ft. Prince Resort 1802 is located in the popular Cherry Grove area, right at the Cherry Grove Pier. This oceanfront end-unit condo features a large sun deck and a spectacular 270° view of North Myrtle Beach.
You'll have a quiet and panoramic view from the 18th floor through floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. Even the second bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with great ocean views. Isn't this why you came to the beach!Park in our enclosed parking garage, and take the elevator to transport your luggage. Your beach rental features central heat and air, plus ceiling fans, for year-round comfort. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms were renovated in the Fall of 2017, with new granite counters, tile flooring, and new dining room and living room furniture. The bedrooms were renovated Fall of 2018, with new paint, carpet, and lighting.
You can also dine in one of the two restaurants onsite, or use our fully equipped kitchen to prepare a quick snack or a full meal. You can walk to our local supermarket, Boulineau's IGA, to get everything you need for your stay. A convenient washer and dryer are in the unit, along with Wi-Fi, three HDTVs, and three DVD players.
Walk miles of wide beach in either direction, or swim in one of several pools at the Prince Resort. We have a kiddie pool, spa, and pool with an outside shower at our building, or go to the other tower for more pools, lazy river, and fitness center. Fishermen (and women!), spend your day fishing at the famous Cherry Grove Pier, directly in front of our building.
